Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

• If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for an exchange request.
